Welcome and thank-you for your interest in the SD Motorsport Motorkhana – Come & Try   This Event is a closed-to-club come-and-try Motorkhana event at Lardner Park just outside of Warragul.   You can have multiple drivers sharing a vehicle, and you can take passengers* for a lap, providing they have signed the relevant disclaimer, and are appropriately aged (Min 14) clothed and helmeted. Passengers* either being an instructor, or the long-suffering partner you’ve promised that ride to forever.   The day will be very casual but will follow proper Motorkhana procedure. There will be no minimum/maximum number of runs planned but the field number has been restricted to a maximum of 30 to allow for more runs per.   Car numbers will be issued for queuing purposes only. There will be no timing. There will be no scoring. There will be no formal event awards. This is a come-and-try fun day and arranged to give our members the opportunity to experience Motorkhana in a low key but safe environment.   A basic BBQ will be available at lunchtime for those who don’t bring adequate supplies. For this years AGM we have a very important topic to cover. After careful consideration and extensive planning we're changing the name of Conpspiracy Crew.  This has come following feedback from business partners and members and has not been taken lightly, If you wish to voice any feedback please be present on the day to have your say. The meeting is being held at the Sandown Park Hotel in Noble Park, Please grab your ticket before COB Friday 14th of April     As usual the AGM will also include our mandatory reporting information including transactional information and current membership information.

This year, HCW Automotive has kindly offered to assist us in hosting our first dyno day of the year! We look forward to a long and on-going relationship with one of the leading specialist shops out there!  As usual, the dyno day will consist of 3 power runs and the highest figure will be printed out for you to take home and frame.  All vehicles configurations are able to utilised however they will be run in a specific order being FWD, RWD, AWD to assist with a quick and efficient turnaround for the staff at the shop. We will do our best to accommodate for any time requests but unfortunately cannot guarantee on the day as we can run into complications during runs including but not limited to - complications tying down the car, too much power causing issues, too little power causing issues.  Where: HCW Automotive - 1/27 Clarice Rd, Box Hill South VIC 3128 When: 11 March 2023 Time: 9am - First run at 9.30am and will be placed in a 10 minute time block to be able to be strapped, ran and removed. Lunch break will be 12.30 for 30 and continuing at 1pm. Cost: Members $80 // Non-Members $90 Limited to 30 people!  Trophies will be available for the overall highest boosted, highest N/A and lowest power figure of the day. 

As part of the comittee restructure and hand over process we have identified that the 21-22 FY AGM was never conducted. This was due to covid restrictions through most of the year. This Zoom meeting will be to meet our legal obligations and publish the reports from that financial year. a facebook event will also be published with the link to join the meeting  an AGM for 22-23 FY will be held in the coming months. This will be an in person meeting where we would like to see as many financial members attend as possible, in particular club permit cars.

Conspiracy Crew is proud to announce its stand-alone Motorsport event a Motorkharna. This is a great way to practice car control and get into Motorsport at the most accessible level. No cages, race seats or full driving suits are needed. All cars are welcome as long as they are in roadworthy condition but don't have to be registered. Entries are now open at https://conspiracycrew.tidyhq.com/public/schedule/events/28545-conspiracy-crew-motorkhana-come-try-day Single-day club memberships are available for $10 for the event. A come and try license will be available on the day for $25 There will be between 2 and 4 tests being operated at once with a course change over at lunchtime for unto 8 different courses to have a go at. Gates Open at 8:45 am Scrutineering opens at 9:00 am with drivers briefing at 10:00 am and the first car out at 10:10 am The last car will finish at about 4 pm. A BBQ will be available on the day for lunch and drinks. Due to covid all documentation will be digital and need to be signed online and returned before race day or other alternatives made directly with us.  These documents will be made available at a closer date through your supplied email. In the event that restrictions do not allow the event to go ahead, all entrants will receive their money back.
